Retail Customer
Retail Customers are the customers of Symmetry
products wish to purchase a product at the full Retail Price.
Normally, retail customers comprise those who may want to try one of
Symmetry's products.
Preferred Customers are the customers of Symmetry
products who have taken advantage of Symmetry's Preferred Customer
discounts by paying an annual membership fee and agreeing to a
monthly autoship. Preferred customers receive an monthly order that
can be modified online.

* Symmetry Direct Preferred
Customer or Business Partner ID's always begin
with "SD". Preferred Customers and Business Partners are required
to enter a password/PIN. Retail Customer ID's begin
with "SC" and do not require a password/PIN. If you have
previously purchased from Symmetry, an ID (and password) was sent to
you via email and this information also appears on the packing list
or invoice included with your order.
