Angelica Sinensis (Dong Guai) Used as the main female tonic in the Orient to provide energy, vitality, and resistance to disease. It regulates female hormones and is used for menstrual and menopausal problems. It is also a blood tonic that promotes blood production and circulation.
 
Atractylodes  Useful in treating any condition where fluid retention is a problem.

Licorice Normalizes ovulation in women experiencing infrequent menstruation.

Ligusticum Chinese herb that promotes circulation and regulates energy. Good for post-natal abdominal pain, painful abscesses, and headaches due to colds.

Poria Cocos   Chinese herb that aids urination difficulty, swelling, nervousness, and insomnia.
