Mark Crapo, O.M.D., D.Ac., B.S.,
C.A. L.Ac. Vice President of Product Development & Training, Symmetry
International "I have used my
clinical experience and knowledge of Chinese herbal supplements and
Western nutrition to produce state-of-the-art supplements for the past
15 years. I'm proud to be working closely with Mr. Revak and the rest
of the T.R.A.C. team to ensure Symmetry's supplements lead the field.
The T.R.A.C. team gives all of the members a sounding board; we all
have different areas of expertise, and the mix ensures that people get
the best of everything."Dr. Mark
Crapo earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University,
graduating Cum Laude. Later, while serving as an Air Force officer,
he was diagnosed with an incurable bowel disorder and was given less
than a year to live. After visiting several hospitals in Texas and California,
Western medicine gave up on him. Traditional Chinese medicine saved
his life. He returned to school to earn a Master's degree in Acupuncture
and a Doctorate in Oriental Medicine, both times finishing in the top
5 of his class at the prestigious California Acupuncture College. Dr.
Crapo has published a number of articles on Oriental Medicine, health,
healing, herbs, and martial arts, in addition to a college textbook
on Acupuncture. After graduation, Dr. Crapo began practice as a primary
health care physician in Torrance, California. He later moved home to
Michigan and maintained a thriving practice specializing in pediatrics,
OB/GYN, pain management and drug addiction. Dr. Crapo has taught continuing
education classes for MDs, DOs, nurses, physical therapists and acupuncturists.
After 15 years, Dr. Crapo left his busy practice to join Symmetry as
Vice President of Product Development and Training. He plays an active
role in formulating new products and reformulating existing products
when new nutritional or manufacturing discoveries are made. Dr. Crapo
travels around the world educating distributors about Symmetry's fine
products and the wonders of supplementation. In Dr. Crapo's "spare"
time, he studies Aikido. He holds a fifth degree black belt in this
martial art and has even produced an instructional video series on Aikido.
A few of his many honors include being listed in the Who's Who of Outstanding
Americans, being inducted into the Christian Martial Arts Hall of Fame
and being presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award.

Vagnini, M.D., F.A.C.S.
As a cardiovascular surgeon, for more than
20 years I was actively engaged in treating cardiovascular disease through
the most advanced and complex application of surgical technology - coronary
by-passes, heart valve repair, and aneurysm surgery. Over the years
we have seen a reduction in the number of invasive procedures due to
the advances in less invasive procedures, such as with balloon and laser
angioplasties. But what is even more exciting are the advances reported
by biochemical laboratories demonstrating the connection between diet,
nutrients, blood chemicals, and the abnormalities in one's circulatory
system which bring on disease. My hope is that in the future, people
will be able to maintain cardiovascular health through diet and lifestyle
changes and avoid surgery all together! I strongly believe that products
like Cardio Essentials are on the forefront of this new frontier - offering
maximum nutritional supplementation targeted specifically at cardiovascular
health."

“I joined Symmetry's T.R.A.C. team because I feel
Symmetry has a place in everyone's life. The Standard American Diet,
or the 'SAD' diet, has excesses of calories and fat and is deficient
in the perfect foods that God gives us — like fruits and vegetables.
I feel that nutritional supplementation is one solution to this problem.
Changing eating habits can be difficult, and although I think everyone
should strive to eat healthy foods, many people are more willing to
try nutritional supplementation before overhauling their diet and lifestyle." |
