Hemorrhoids are veins in the anus that have
swollen and may even protrude out of the rectum. Things that may cause them to occur include: bad diet, constipation, lack of
exercise, sitting for long periods of time,
obesity,
allergies, pregnancy,
liver damage, and heavy
lifting. People with hemorrhoids may also be suffering from
anemia
due to poor nutrition and diet. Hemorrhoids cause pain by itching and
bleeding. Severe hemorrhoids may require surgery and you will want to
consult your doctor. A colon intestinal cleansing can be helpful and also
provides many general health benefits. |
