Gout

 
Gout is a common form of arthritis normally caused by too much uric acid in the body. This uric acid  accumulates in the blood and body tissues and crystallizes. Its crystalline shape is like a needle that can cause pain as they poke joints and other close body parts. Acute pain is normally the first symptom. Diet is the main cause and should reduce meat and alcohol. 90% of the people who get Gout are Men. Gout may also indicate a potential for kidney stone problems as well. Make sure to drink lots of good clean water and steam distilled water is best.
