Mr. Steven Kole
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Steven Kole has been involved in the administration of direct sales companies for the past 22 years. Having first worked as an accountant for a Chicago-based C.P.A. firm, and then as a controller for a public corporation, he accepted a position as General Manager of a multi-national direct sales company. His past experience includes the operation of various domestic companies as well as their international expansion into new markets.
As Chief Financial Officer, Steven oversees all financial and operational aspects of Symmetry. His unique skills and long-term association with other members of the Executive Staff provide a solid contribution to the company.

Ms. Mary Julich
Vice President, Marketing
Mary Julich began her career working in the payroll and accounts payable areas of a large electronics firm. After several successful years, she decided to try a sales career out on her own, and, eventually, she began her own business. Although successful, Mary had always wanted to be involved with a young and dynamic company, and, in 1975, she saw her chance by getting involved in the direct selling industry. First responsible for overseeing the accounting area of a large company, Mary quickly found herself playing an active role in all aspects of the business. Her duties involved the implementation of state-of-the-art computer and data processing equipment and helping to automate and integrate the accounting and data processing departments. She eventually moved on to become Vice President of Marketing where her responsibilities included supervision of all of the company's internal and external communications.
As a long time business associate of Mr. Revak, Mary made the decision to work alongside him when she saw the tremendous potential of the Symmetry opportunity and product line. Today, as Vice President of Marketing, Mary brings her two decades of experience in all aspects of direct sales to the company, with her primary responsibilities being the supervision of all distributor support functions, corporate communications, product
development, and event planning

Mr. Tom Muller
Vice President, Operations
Tom Muller has been involved in international business for more than 10 years. After serving in the United States Army and graduating from the Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelors Degree in Aviation, he was hired as an import specialist for a U.S. Customs broker. His success in developing international logistics for many companies earned him a promotion to General Manager for a global freight forwarder.
After several years in international business management, Tom was hired as a sales executive for an international chemical company. Under his guidance, sales immediately increased and business grew. This combination of sales and international business success made Tom the perfect fit for Symmetry.
As Vice President of Operations, Tom not only brings his experience in corporate business, but also his valuable international knowledge to the Corporate Team. His expertise in international operations and development has been a critical component of Symmetry's successful expansion into new markets. Tom is additionally responsible for the continuous improvement of our world headquarters.

Mr. Michael Edwards
 Vice President, Mexico
Mike Edwards got his start in the direct selling industry after seeing a motivational presentation conducted by none other than Mr. Rudy Revak more than 20 years ago. Deciding that direct sales just might be the key to finding a better way of life, Mike left his chemical processing job and embarked on a quest to earn more money, experience more freedom, and finally achieve a sense of independence.
Mike found much success in the industry and then went on to lead several companies in the United States and Canada. The opportunity for Mike and Rudy to work together arose and since that time, Mike has focused on developing one of the most successful Canadian organizations in direct sales.
Most recently, Mike has focused on building a strong Spanish organization as Symmetry expands into Mexico. As Vice President of Symmetry Mexico, Mike will be responsible for providing management support to build a strong, thriving foundation. He is enthusiastic about helping and guiding distributors in Mexico and eventual expansion into Central and South America. Mike is excited to continue carrying on Rudy's vision throughout Mexico and the rest of the world.

Ms. Colleen Barr  
General Manager, Symmetry Canada, LTD
A native of the Toronto area, Colleen Barr began her career in the direct sales industry more than 26 years ago. Starting in Distributor Services with a company just branching into Canada from the United States, she progressed to Office Manager and then General Manager as the company grew. Since that time, Colleen has been active with the Direct Selling Association in Canada, serving a term on the Board of Directors and continuing in other capacities on various committees.
Having had the opportunity to work with Mr. Revak and Mr. Edwards previously in her career, Colleen made the decision to join Symmetry when the opportunity presented itself. As General Manager of Symmetry Canada, Ltd., Colleen works closely with distributors to help ensure the company's success throughout Canada.
